Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Manage and grow our largest client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Strategic Selling: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite clients, understanding their business needs and developing solutions to meet those needs.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services to existing clients, increasing revenue and driving growth.
  • Reporting and Forecasting: Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, ensuring accurate and timely information to inform business decisions.

Requirements

  • Proven Track Record: A proven track record in a PropTech/SaaS/subscriptions environment, with direct responsibility for increasing client retention rates.
  • Strategic Selling Experience: Sustained success in strategic selling of a SaaS product, with a strong understanding of the sales process and ability to develop and execute sales plans.
  • Client Management Experience: Extensive experience in managing C-suite client relationships, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the construction/real estate sector and the ability to develop and execute business plans.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical skills, including proficiency in SalesForce and other CRM systems.
