Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Account Director to join our team at Carousel Consultancy Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting, developing, and growing new revenue streams, as well as managing and retaining existing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Manage and develop relationships with our largest clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Subscription Management: Negotiate and manage subscriptions with clients, ensuring they are retained through annual contract renewals.
  • Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain key relationships at a senior level within your assigned group of clients.
  • Strategic Selling: Proactively and strategically manage the account through regular networking and meeting with clients.
  • Client Service Management: Monitor assigned clients' service usage and ROI against objectives and expectations.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Upsell additional services to optimize usage and increase revenue.
  • Client Record Management: Maintain detailed and accurate client records on Salesforce.

Requirements:

  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record in a PropTech / Construction / SaaS / subscription environment with direct responsibility for increasing client retention rates.
  • Sustained Success: Sustained success in strategic selling of a SaaS product.
  • Client Management Experience: Extensive client management experience, including managing C-suite client relationships.
  • Network and Contacts: Demonstrable network of relevant contacts in the construction / real estate sector.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and ability to provide clear and accurate reports and forecasting.
  • Negotiation and Closing Skills: Excellent negotiation and closing skills with solid objection handling experience.
  • Personality and Approach: Dynamic, ambitious, and tenacious personality, with a professional, confident, proactive, and flexible approach to work.
  • Results-Driven: Results-driven with a strong client focus.
  • Technical Skills: It literate with excellent MS Office skills and strong Salesforce experience.
  • Travel: Ability to travel as required.
