About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Account Director to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting, developing, and growing new revenue streams, as well as managing and negotiating subscriptions to ensure account retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account manage the company's largest clients
  • Manage and negotiate subscriptions to ensure accounts are retained through annual contract renewals
  • Build and maintain key relationships at a senior level within your assigned group of clients
  • Proactively and strategically manage the account through regular networking and meeting with clients (travel required)
  • Monitor assigned clients' service usage/ROI against objectives and expectations
  • Upsell additional services to optimize usage
  • Maintain detailed and accurate client records on Salesforce

Requirements:

  • Extensive client management experience, including managing C-suite client relationships
  • Demonstrable network of relevant contacts in the construction/real estate sector
  • Professional, confident, proactive, and flexible approach to work
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Strong Salesforce experience
  • Ability to travel as required
