Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Account Director to join our team at Carousel Consultancy Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting, developing, and growing new revenue streams, as well as managing and retaining our largest clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account manage the company's largest clients, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is high.
  • Manage and negotiate subscriptions, ensuring accounts are retained through annual contract renewals.
  • Build and maintain key relationships at a senior level within your assigned group of clients.
  • Proactively manage the account through regular networking and meeting with clients, monitoring their service usage and ROI against objectives and expectations.
  • Upsell additional services to optimise usage and maintain detailed and accurate client records on SalesForce.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in a PropTech / Construction / SaaS / subscription environment with direct responsibility for increasing client retention rates.
  • Extensive client management experience, including managing C-suite client relationships.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to provide clear and accurate reports and forecasting.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with solid objection handling experience.
  • Dynamic, ambitious, and tenacious personality, with a professional, confident, proactive, and flexible approach to work.
  • Results-driven with a strong client focus, and the ability to maintain composure in high-pressured situations.
  • Strong SalesForce experience and ability to travel as required.
