Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Public Area Supervisor to join our team at The Celtic Collection. As a Public Area Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in our Public Areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and motivate a team of housekeeping staff to ensure consistent standards and outstanding productivity.
  • Direct and oversee the cleaning and maintenance of all public areas, including reception, lobby, and common areas.
  • Ensure that all areas allocated to you represent a 5-star standard to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and security in all public areas.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role or establishment, preferably in the luxury hotel industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Good levels of written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of Opera (computer system) is an advantage.
