About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and friendly Night Room Service Waiter/Waitress to join our team at Park Plaza County Hall London Hotel.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a luxurious hotel environment, providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring their stay with us is memorable.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering food and beverages to guest bedrooms promptly and courteously, ensuring all orders are accurate and up to our high standards.

You will also respond to guest requests and ensure satisfaction, leading by example to showcase the rest of the team how to give our guests a top-notch experience.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver food and beverages to guest bedrooms promptly and courteously

  • Be available to start at 09:45 pm and fully flexible to work on a rota basis
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have previous experience as a Room Service Waiter/Waitress and be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

You must also be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, and be willing to undergo training to learn about our hotel's policies and procedures.
