We are seeking a Customer Service Ambassador to join our team at The Soho Hotel, a luxury hotel in the heart of London. This is an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and be part of a dynamic team.

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Ambassador will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of inspirational. You will handle guest reservations with accuracy and efficiency, engage with guests via phone and email, and recommend suitable room options and packages to meet their needs.

This is a 3-day per week position, working Monday to Sunday, with a total of 24 hours per week. In return for your hard work and dedication, you will receive a competitive hourly rate of £13.64.

About the Role:
  • Handle guest reservations with accuracy and efficiency
  • Engage with guests via phone and email, addressing inquiries and providing information about room rates and packages
  • Recommend suitable room options and packages to meet guest needs
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service, resolving any issues promptly and professionally
