Administrative Support Specialist

The role is a permanent position in an innovative school, requiring an Administrator/Receptionist to carry out day-to-day duties. The ideal candidate will have strong administration skills and the ability to manage the school office.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet and greet all visitors to the School.
- Answer and direct all incoming phone calls.
- Carry out general administration duties throughout the school office, including use of SIMS.
- Maintain email accounts, responding to queries / directing enquiries as required.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a full-time basis within an educational environment. The successful candidate must have an enhanced DBS or be willing to obtain one.
