**Make a Difference: Support Young People in Droylsden (Up to £30,000)**

We are looking for a dedicated Support Worker to join our team in Droylsden In this rewarding role, you'll play a vital part in supporting children and young people with learning disabilities and autism within a 6-bedded home setting.

**What you'll do**:

- **Champion Young People**: Provide care and support, helping young residents reach their full potential.
- **Holistic Support**: Work collaboratively with a team and other professionals to provide support at home, in a specialist school, and within the community.
- **Individualized Care**: Follow and update care plans to ensure each young person's needs are met.
- **Fun and Engagement**: Organize and participate in activities that promote learning and development.
- **High Standards**: Maintain a safe and nurturing environment that meets Ofsted regulations.

**We're looking for someone with**:

- Support Worker experience (or similar role).
- A passion for supporting young people with complex needs.
- A collaborative and team-oriented approach.

**What we offer**:

- A competitive salary: £12.60 per hour (without Level 3 qualification) or £13.00 per hour (with Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People).
- Additional £62 per sleep-in shift (expect 2-5 sleeps per month).
- Early, late, and long-day shifts available.
- Full-time, permanent contract (39 hours a week).
