Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support to a child with SEMH needs, developing and implementing strategies to promote social, emotional, and mental well-being.
  • Work closely with teaching staff, SENCo, and external agencies to ensure comprehensive support and continuity of care.
  • Assist in creating and monitoring Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behavior support plans.

In return for your dedication and enthusiasm, we offer a competitive salary of £20,000 - £22,000 per annum, dependent on experience, as well as a range of benefits including choice and variety, CPD opportunities, pay based on skills and flexibility, and excellence in education awards.
