Education Support Specialist

Empowering Learning is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support the education of primary school students in Tameside and Oldham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies.
- Collaborate with teaching staff and other support staff to meet the individual needs of students.
- Contribute to the planning and preparation of teaching resources and materials.
Requirements:
- Relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 1, Level 2, or Level 3).
- Strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately £20,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as ongoing professional development opportunities.
