Education Assistant Leader

We are looking for an exceptional Academic Cover Manager to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting students in North West England.
About the Role- This full-time, contract position offers a competitive daily salary of £85 - £95.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience working with children or young people. A relevant educational background and prior experience in a similar role are highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities- Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment.
- Assist with the implementation of lesson plans.
- Provide support to students in their learning.
- GCSEs or equivalent qualifications in English and Maths.
- Teaching Assistant qualification.
- First Aid certification.
