Empowering Learning
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants at Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 for various assignments in primary schools across Tameside and Oldham.
The successful candidate will play a key role in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment, implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs), and contributing to planning and preparing teaching resources and materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of IEPs and behaviour management strategies to promote student well-being and academic achievement
- Collaborate with teaching staff and other support staff to meet individual student needs and develop effective learning plans
- Contribute to planning and preparation of teaching resources and materials to enhance student engagement and understanding
Requirements:
- Relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 1, Level 2, or Level 3) and a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
- A competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role in supporting students' educational journey
