Academic Support Professional

As an Academic Support Professional, you will join a dynamic Primary School team in Tameside. This is a temporary position available for immediate or post-Christmas commencement, depending on the right candidate.
The salary for this role is competitive and dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. A minimum of QTS, experience, or other relevant qualifications are required.
Key Responsibilities:- Create a positive learning environment while managing behavior and providing support.
- Adapt activities and experiences for inclusive learning, ensuring all students participate fully.
- Take responsibility for a large class, demonstrating respect, care, and tolerance for each student.
- Hold a QTS and/or PGCE qualification.
- Previous experience working with EYFS/KS1/KS2 classes.
- A daily rate paid weekly through our Pay As You Earn (PAYE) system, estimated to be around £150-200 per day based on industry standards.
