Care Professional Assistant

We are seeking a Care Professional Assistant to join our team at City & County Healthcare Group. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to individuals in their own homes, helping them with daily living tasks such as personal care, shopping, mealtimes, and housework. You will also assist with practical tasks like managing medication and supporting clients with their mobility needs.

You will receive comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in your role, and we offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.00, plus mileage. In addition to your salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, enhanced occupational paternity pay entitlement, paid training and shadowing, uniform and PPE provided, death in service payment, pension scheme, benefits and wellbeing platform, 28 days annual leave (pro rata), refer a friend scheme, cycle to work scheme, and eligibility for a Blue Light Card with access to over 15,000 discounts nationwide.
Requirements
We are looking for someone who is compassionate, caring, and able to work independently. You should have good communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. No previous experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in your role. You must be willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team.
