The estimated salary for this role is £24,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Your key responsibilities as a Support Services Assistant will include:

  • Providing personalized care and support to adults in their own homes
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Helping clients with medication management and administration
  • Supporting clients with their mobility and transfer needs
  • Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery

About the Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • No prior social care experience is required, but a strong desire to deliver exceptional care is essential
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical stamina to lift and move clients safely
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with technology
