Tameside Community Safety Partnership is committed to delivering exceptional service to our stakeholders. We are now looking for a highly motivated Pension Fund Support Advisor to join our team.

In this role, you will provide first-line support to members accessing our online portal, My Pension, as well as offering face-to-face support at surgeries and roadshows. Your primary responsibility will be to offer information and assistance to members via phone and email.

As a Pension Fund Support Advisor, you will work closely with your manager and team to deliver an outstanding service. To succeed in this position, you must possess strong communication skills, be able to manage your time effectively, and have good computer skills.

The salary for this role is £27,269 - £29,572 per annum (SCP 11-16), with additional benefits including flexible working, automatic enrolment into the LGPS, and an employee rewards scheme.
