We are seeking a Public Sector Liaison Officer to join our team at Tameside Community Safety Partnership. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for delivering high-quality service to work closely with stakeholders and make a real difference.

As a Public Sector Liaison Officer, you will be responsible for providing information and assistance to members via phone, email, and face-to-face support at surgeries and roadshows. You will also support members accessing our online portal, My Pension.

Key responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, working collaboratively with the team, and managing multiple priorities. A strong understanding of public sector policies and procedures is also essential.

The salary for this role is £27,269 - £29,572 per annum (SCP 11-16). Additional benefits include flexible working, automatic enrolment into the LGPS, annual leave entitlement, ongoing training and development opportunities, and an employee rewards scheme.
