Primary Education Assistant

Teaching Personnel is recruiting for a dedicated teaching assistant to join our team at a primary school in Droylsden. This role requires an individual who can work closely with teachers and external agencies to support a child with SEMH needs.
The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications and experience working with children with SEMH needs. They must also be able to maintain confidentiality and build strong relationships with parents and carers.
Responsibilities:- Support the child with SEMH needs on a one-to-one basis
- Develop and implement tailored interventions and strategies to promote the child's social, emotional, and mental well-being
- Work collaboratively with teachers and external agencies to ensure holistic support
- Salary: £32,000 per annum
- Digital services for streamlined work administration
