Personal Care Specialist

We are seeking a Personal Care Specialist to join our team at Care By Us Ltd. As a Personal Care Specialist, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes, helping them to maintain their independence and dignity.
This is a rewarding role that requires a caring and empathetic approach. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and develop personalized care plans to ensure their safety and well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Providing personal care and support to clients in their own homes
- Assisting with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and managing medication
- Preparing meals and snacks for clients
- Supporting clients with their mobility and transferring them safely
- Engaging with clients and promoting their independence and dignity
- Paid training and shadowing program
- Uniform and PPE provided
- Enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay
- Eligible for Blue Light Card, with access to over 15,000 discounts nationwide
The estimated salary for this role is £9.50-£10.50 per hour, plus mileage. We also offer a range of benefits, including paid training and shadowing, uniform and PPE provided, enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, and eligibility for the Blue Light Card scheme.
