I am recruiting for a Residential Childcare Worker, to join a 5 bedded home, that specialises in expert care and support for children and young people with learning disabilities and Autism.
The home is part of a national organisation that provides OFSTED residential and education support across the country.
**Duties**:
- Work in a staff team to provide OFSTED and company standard care and support to children and young people
- Ensure all children have care plans managed and updated
- Personal care when required
- Medication distribution
- Support within the home, the community, and within the specialist school
- Work alongside Support Workers, Senior Support Workers, Deputy Managers, and Registered Managers
**Hours**
- 39 hours a week
- A mixture of early, late and long day shifts
- + sleeps, usually between 4-10 a month
**Hours**:
- £9.90 ph, if you do not have the level 3 in children and young people
- £10.40 ph, if you do have the level 3 in children and young people
- £63 per sleep
**Need to apply**:
