Your key responsibilities as a Personal Care Associate will include:
- Providing personalized care and support to adults in their own homes
- Assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
- Helping clients with medication management and administration
- Supporting clients with their mobility and transfer needs
- Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
About the Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- No prior social care experience is required, but a strong desire to deliver exceptional care is essential
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical stamina to lift and move clients safely
