**Customer Services Advisor - After Sales**

**Job Overview**

As Customer Service Advisor - After Sales, you will be part of a small but busy customer care team within the customer services department. You must be able to show initiative and have the ability to work as part of a team. You should be able to demonstrate the ability to communicate at all levels and will be expected to participate in the continual improvement of the department.

We are in the transition to a new business wide system meaning you will be required to use both the current in-house computer system and assist with the implementation of the new system, which is due to go live within the next few months.

**Responsibilities**
- Working closely with all departments within the company, ie. Order input, telesales, credit control, warehouse, marketing, sales people etc
- Logging queries on the in-house computer systems (current and new)
- Adding details to spreadsheets for further analysis
- Chase up queries in line with SLA’s as agreed.
- Filing, scanning, reception cover etc. as required

**Person Specification**

**Essential requirements**:

- At least 2 years office experience in a customer services role
- Proficient on all Microsoft systems, Word / Excel
- Good communication skills, in person and over the phone
- Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Ability to follow Service Level Agreements
- Proactive
- Positive mindset
- Organised
- Ability to work well within a team setting
- Ability to be flexible
- Ability to work well under pressure and to be calm and polite at all times
- Friendly, approachable nature
- Good interpersonal skills

**The Package**

**Salary**: £22,600 pa

Bonus: £500pa time and attendance bonus

Hours: 40 hours per week

8.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday, 1 hour unpaid lunch on a Monday, 45 minutes Tues - Fri with a 3.00 pm early finish every other Friday.

Holidays: 23 days plus bank holidays. Rising to 25 days after length of service

Shut down over Christmas period
