School Office Administrator Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out various administrative tasks in the school office, including meeting and greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and maintaining email accounts.

Responsibilities:
  1. Meet and greet all visitors to the School.
  2. Answer and direct all incoming phone calls.
  3. Carry out general administration duties throughout the school office, including use of SIMS.
  4. Maintain email accounts, responding to queries / directing enquiries as required.

This is a great opportunity to work in an educational environment on a full-time basis. We require the successful candidate to have an enhanced DBS or be willing to obtain one.
