About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team as part of a permanent position at Aspire People. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out day-to-day duties, including meeting and greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and managing the school office.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the day-to-day running of the school office.
  2. Liaise with the Senior Leadership Team, Teachers, Pupils, and Parents.
  3. Carry out general administration duties, including use of the SIMS system.

Benefits and Salary:

Estimated salary range: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum. The contracted hours of work for the role are Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm.

Work Environment:

The role offers an excellent opportunity to work on a full-time basis within an educational environment.
