Job Description

The role of the Administrator in Community Education is a permanent position at Aspire People. We are seeking an individual to carry out day-to-day duties, including meeting and greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and managing the school office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Previous experience in a school office environment is advantageous.
  • Liaising with the Senior Leadership Team, Teachers, Pupils, and Parents.
  • Strong administration skills with the ability to manage the day-to-day running of the school office.

Salary and Benefits:

Estimated salary range: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum. The contracted hours of work for the role are Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm.

Previous experience in a school office setting, strong administration skills, and the ability to work closely with the Senior Leadership Team.
