Mpeople recruitment have a fantastic opportunity available for an experienced **Customer Service Administrator** to join the team of a well-established business, based in the Droylsden area.
- **Role**: Customer Service Support Administrator
- **Location**:Droylsden
- **Salary**: £22,550
- **Hours**:Monday to Friday, 8:30-5pm
**Duties as a Customer Service Administrator will include but not be limited to**:
- Sales order processing
- Inputting invoices
- Ordering goods
- Filing and attaching courier documents.
- Arranging daily courier collections and deliveries.
- Arranging deliveries and booking in with customers
- Liaising with production Engineers regarding enquiries and lead times
- Producing despatch notes and invoices on the system
- Customer care, handling all enquiries
- Costing and quoting for extras
- Working to deadlines
- Data entry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with good administrative skills.
- Experience working with internal CRM’s.
- Good level of Math’s and English skills.
