**About Our Client**:
The organisation is a large retail company based in Manchester. They operate in several locations across the UK and have a team of over 1000 employees. They're committed to providing an excellent shopping experience for their customers and aim to lead in the retail industry.
Key responsibilities will consist of:
- Deliver high-quality customer service in line with the company's standards.
- Handle customer queries and complaints efficiently.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the company's products and services.
- Provide support to the sales team as needed.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Contribute to the achievement of team and company sales targets.
- Perform additional duties as required by the management.

A successful applicant should have:
- A strong background in customer service, preferably in the retail industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
- The ability to work well as part of a team.
- A commitment to continuous professional development.
- Good knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools.
