**Duties**:
- Working closely with all departments within Rodo, ie. Order input, telesales, credit control, warehouse, marketing, sales people etc
- Logging queries on the in-house computer systems (current and new)
- Adding details to spreadsheets for further analysis
- Chase up queries in line with SLA’s as agreed
- Filing, scanning, reception cover etc. as required
**Essential requirements**:
- At least 2 years office experience in a customer services role
- Proficient on all Microsoft systems, Word / Excel
- Good communication skills, in person and over the phone
- Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Ability to follow Service Level Agreements
- Proactive
- Positive mindset
- Organised
- Ability to work well within a team setting
- Ability to be flexible
- Ability to work well under pressure and to be calm and polite at all times
- Friendly, approachable nature
- Good interpersonal skills
**Salary**:
- £25,000 pa
**Bonus**:
- £500pa time and attendance bonus
**Hours**:
- 40 hours per week
- 8.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday, 1 hour unpaid lunch on a Monday, 45 minutes Tues - Fri with a 3.00 pm early finish every other Friday.
**Holidays**:
- 23 days plus bank holidays. Rising to 25 days after length of service
- Shut down over Christmas period
