Business Development Manager

At Recruitment Revolution, we're looking for a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their goals. You'll also be responsible for managing relationships with key stakeholders, including existing and potential partners.
We're offering a competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional development. If you're passionate about business development and want to take your career to the next level, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business growth strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales plans
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or a related field
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
