We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Coordinator to join our team at Gloucestershire County Council. As a key member of our Adult Social Care team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with physical, mental health or behavioural needs to lead fulfilling lives.

As a Day Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for encouraging people to participate in sessions and activities that enhance their independence. You will also develop care plans and risk assessments to support individuals with their personal care and daily needs.

Working closely with management and other professionals, you will help us achieve positive outcomes for the people we care for. If you have an NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification and hands-on experience working with vulnerable adults, we want to hear from you

In exchange for your dedication and commitment, we offer a competitive salary of £28,219 per annum and a range of benefits, including training and development opportunities.
