About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to join our team as a Day Services Coordinator at the Beeches in Stroud.

As a Day Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with learning disabilities to lead fulfilling and dignified lives.

Working closely with management and other professionals, you will encourage individuals to participate in sessions and activities that enhance their independence and well-being.

You will also be responsible for developing care plans and risk assessments to meet the complex needs of our service users.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in supporting adults with learning disabilities, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
