Service and Repair Gas Engineer

Join Rock managed services as a skilled Gas Engineer to conduct maintenance and repair services on a variety of equipment in customers' homes. Your primary responsibility will be to manage your work schedule efficiently to cover 6-8 jobs per day within your local area.

Induction and Training

We provide an 8-day classroom-based induction program to ensure you have a solid understanding of your role as a Gas Engineer. Additionally, you will receive ongoing support and monitoring for the first 2-3 weeks to guarantee your comfort and proficiency in your position.

You will also be eligible for a Location Allowance (LWA) of up to £6,000, dependent on your area of operation.

Bonus Scheme

Our quarterly bonus scheme offers uncapped earnings potential, with average earnings around £54,000. Higher earnings are possible for those who excel in upselling and additional product fitting.

Work Schedule

You will work a 40-hour week, spread over 5 days, with shifts starting as early as 7am and ending as late as 8pm. Weekends are considered core working hours, and shift patterns are provided 6 weeks in advance with an option to input shift preferences.

Overtime is paid at time and a half.
