**About the Role**:This role involves working closely with our internal teams to guide the implementation of a new ERP and WMS system with our chosen external partner. You will be responsible for ensuring alignment with business objectives while working towards seamless integration with existing processes and systems. **You will be responsible for**:

- Helping to identify and project manage the implementation of specific ERP and WMS tools/vendors as per the company’s needs.
- Coordinating deployment with stakeholders and the implementation team and gather feedback for future improvements.
- Supporting and collaborating with ERP and WMS users and departments across the business.
- Developing a broad understanding of current company systems to identify integration and/or improvement opportunities.
- Managing existing database data and leading the migration of that data into the new solution.
- Creating test plans and executing them.
- Customising and configuring ERP and WMS modules to meet business requirements.
- Creating documentation to back up any changes or implementations.
- Developing and conducting user training sessions
- Troubleshooting issues that arise in the day-to-day running of the ERP and WMS systems and for users.
- Undertaking other additional duties that may be required from time to time as determined by the company and/or your Line Manager.
- Continuously look for areas for improvement.

+ You understand project requirements and how to convert customer/business requirements into technical and non-technical.

+ Someone who enjoys learning and seeing projects through to completion.+ Driven, passionate and motivated individual who enjoys collaborative work.

+ Proven experience in integrating ERP and WMS systems.

+ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Solution-oriented individual.

**Qualifications and Skills you have**:+ 2 years experience with ERP and WMS systems preferred. Relevant ERP and/or WMS certifications are a plus. Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.), SQL, and data management tools. Proficiency in WMS software.
