Job Summary

The Nelson Trust is seeking a skilled Recovery Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our residential addiction treatment team, you will work closely with clients to develop and achieve their recovery goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized support to clients in treatment, ensuring their needs are understood and met through the care planning process.
  • Facilitate a coordinated package of care for each client, working closely with other team members to ensure seamless support.
  • Work independently, seeking and providing support to colleagues as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a residential addiction treatment setting.
  • Empathy and understanding of clients' needs.
  • Ability to motivate and support clients in achieving their recovery goals.
