About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Clinical Associate Psychologist to join our team of mental health specialists. As part of our ongoing transformation of mental health services, we are developing new Clinical Associate Psychologist roles to support innovation and service development.

The successful candidate will work as part of our multidisciplinary Crisis Resolution and Recovery Mental Health teams, delivering psychosocial interventions and working closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals.

Main Duties
  • Delivering Psychosocial Interventions: You will provide 1:1 and group interventions, using formulation to adapt to individual needs, and work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure effective risk management and supervision.
  • Working within Multidisciplinary Teams: You will work as part of a team to deliver services, contributing to service development projects and audits, and ensuring alignment with broader trust strategies.
Person Specification

Essential: Car driver with ability to get to required locations in a timely and efficient manner.

Desirable: Experience working in adult mental health services and as part of multidisciplinary teams.
