Fantastic entry-level role for a Psychology graduate in Gloucestershire You will initially work within the admin team to learn the ropes and then progress slowly into the clinical team whilst having one foot in the admin team.

Role:

- To assist the Clinical Team in ensuring that PLE Health maintains and improves upon Clinical Quality standards.
- To assist the Clinical Support Team in processing and allocating referrals and liaising with clients and clinicians to ensure smooth running of treatment cases.
- Building relationships with Customers and Psychologists/therapists to ensure smooth flow of ongoing work and collaborative relationship.
- Assist in audit related to quality standards and consumer satisfaction.

Key tasks:

- To carry out routine clinical administration tasks related to cases including but not limited to:
Respond to queries from instructing parties and clients.
- To participate in clinical supervision with Clinical Team related to quality checks and understanding therapeutic techniques in order to fulfil role in quality assurance of clinical work.
- To develop a sound understanding of the role of PLE Health within the medico-legal and medical insurance sectors and the services that can be offered to clients.
- Assist in carrying out quality assurance checks on reports and sending requests for revisions where appropriate.
- Assist in sending out reports with invoices.
- Assist in conducting a clinical audit of outcome measures for a sample of clients.
- Assist in conducting an audit of client satisfaction with a sample of clients.
- Learning about clinician roles in order to match clinicians with suitable expertise to clients and to identify appropriate clinicians for recruitment as well as checking database entries from clinical perspective.
- To prepare CVs and information for addition to database or onward transmission.
- To create and send invoices to customers and input financial information to database where appropriate.Training tasks:

- Undertake courses as appropriate to fulfil the minimum CPD requirements of a Psychology Assistant.

General : all Staff are required to:

- Familiarise with Operating Procedures upon commencing employment
- Be proactive, bring ideas, suggestions and contribute to business improvement.
- Undertake training as required.
- Attend staff and team meetings as required.
- Observe health and safety procedures in the workplace to ensure personal safety and to safeguard the interests and safety of colleagues, customers and visitors.
- Undertake other duties and responsibilities as appropriate since all staff are expected to work flexibly within their skill level to respond to changing priorities and make sure that customer needs and business objectives are met.
- To communicate your successes, along with any frustrations you encounter, to your manager in order that you highlight training requirements on an ongoing basis.
- To act appropriately on behalf of PLE Health and maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information.
