We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Clinical Associate Psychologist to join our team in Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust's Working Age Adult Psychological Services.
As a key member of our multi-disciplinary Crisis Resolution and Recovery Mental health teams, you will work closely with colleagues to provide psychosocial interventions and support individuals with severe mental health problems.
The successful candidate will have experience working in adult mental health services, specifically in community settings, and be skilled in providing 1:1 and group-based interventions using formulation to adapt to individual needs.
You will be responsible for assessing and managing risk, seeking supervision as needed, and documenting interventions effectively. Additionally, you will contribute to service development projects and audits, aligning with broader trust strategies.
About this role:
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care
- Provide psychological assessments, formulations, and interventions to individuals and groups
- Contribute to training and development of the wider MDT regarding formulations and key psychological interventions
- Support social and psychological interventions to improve health outcomes and client goals
Salary Range: £37,338 - £44,962 per annum (pro rata)
