Job Opportunity: Bank Registered Mental Health Nurse

Cygnet Health Care is seeking an experienced Bank Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Cygnet Hospital Stevenage. This role offers a unique opportunity for professionals to work flexible Bank shifts and make a significant difference in the lives of our service users and their families.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent nursing skills, with a strong focus on patient recovery and effective risk management. A good understanding of the latest nursing practices and the ability to maintain documentation are essential requirements.

We offer a competitive salary of £38,890 per annum, plus benefits including 50% NMC registration renewal paid by Cygnet, free meals on duty, and free parking.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Produce high-quality written reports based on nursing assessments and observations
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and improve services
  • Attend training and engage in continuing professional development to enhance knowledge and skills
  • Ensure individual care plans are complete and maintained in accordance with NMC guidelines
  • Administer medicines in line with healthcare procedures and guidelines
