Nurse Practitioner - Adult Mental Health

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse to work as a Nurse Practitioner in Adult Mental Health, providing expert care to individuals facing mental health challenges, eating disorders, and Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS).

About the Role:

  • Provide specialist support to individuals with mental health illness, eating disorders, and CAMHS, either in hospital or out in the community.
  • Conduct thorough assessments using risk assessment tools and mental state examinations to deliver top-notch nursing care to service users in the community.

Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver high-quality nursing care to individuals with mental health needs, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans.
  2. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to conduct comprehensive assessments and implement effective interventions.
  3. Develop and maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
