Role Overview

The Recovery Support Worker – Case Manager will be responsible for providing individualized support to clients in a residential addiction treatment setting. This role requires a strong ability to empathize with clients and provide a coordinated package of care to facilitate their recovery capital.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure individual support needs are understood via the care planning process
  • Facilitate a coordinated package of care for each client allocated and receiving services in residential
  • Work on a fixed rota that includes some weekends and bank holidays

Requirements

  • Experience of working within a residential addiction treatment setting
  • Empathy with clients and ability to demonstrate this
  • Skills necessary to support and motivate clients to develop and achieve their own recovery capital
