About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced counsellor to join our Stroud team as a Residential Counsellor.

As a key member of our team, you will provide comprehensive trauma-informed one-to-one counselling, facilitate dynamic group therapy sessions, and lead psychoeducational workshops to support individuals on their recovery journey.

Our ideal candidate will have a passion for making a real difference in people's lives, with strong listening skills and the ability to motivate clients to progress and meet their goals.
