About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our Adult Social Care team as a Day Service Coordinator.

As a Day Service Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with physical, mental health, or behavioural needs to lead fulfilling and dignified lives.

Our Community Resource Centre at The Beeches provides a range of social and creative activities for adults with learning disabilities, and we are looking for someone to help us achieve positive outcomes for our service users.

About You

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about enhancing the lives of people with a range of abilities.

You will have hands-on experience working with people who have complex needs and be confident in providing personal care and administering medication.

You will also be proactive about your professional development and committed to helping us take our service from strength to strength.
