Strategic Rewards Manager

We are looking for a Strategic Rewards Manager to join our team at Northampton Business Directory. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to attract and retain top talent.
About the RoleThis is a critical position that requires a unique blend of strategy, data analysis, and people skills. As the Strategic Rewards Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on our business by designing and delivering innovative rewards and benefits programmes.
- You will work closely with senior leaders to develop and implement strategic plans that drive business outcomes.
- You will design and deliver rewards and benefits programmes that enhance employee engagement and retention.
- A proven track record in rewards and benefits HR roles, ideally in residential construction, volume housebuilding, or Build to Rent.
- A strong data-driven mindset – you can analyse trends and turn them into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in Excel (experience with COINS would be a bonus).
- A flexible, agile attitude and a passion for getting results.
- Estimated salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
- Annual bonus – aligned with performance and results.
