About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Rewards Strategy Manager to lead our compensation and benefits strategy, partnering with senior leadership to create a comprehensive rewards approach.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement impactful compensation strategies that align with business objectives.
- Lead job benchmarking and market reviews to ensure competitive compensation.
- Oversee the design and management of colleague benefits packages.
- Develop KPIs and metrics to assess the effectiveness of reward initiatives.
- Proven experience in reward management within large, complex environments.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement reward strategies that support business performance.
- Expertise in compensation principles, job evaluation, and benefits design.
- An estimated salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including health and wellbeing programs.
The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
