Senior HR Business Partner

The Senior HR Business Partner role at Sega Europe is a challenging and varied position that requires strong relationship-building skills and a deep understanding of HR practices. Based in West London, this role will involve working closely with the HR Director and other stakeholders to deliver a proactive and talent-focused HR service to the Publishing group.
Key Responsibilities:- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor and go-to contact for guidance on performance management, employee relations, and organisational development.
- Collaborate with Line Managers to understand departmental priorities, guide them on performance issues, and enhance their engagement and skills in people management.
- Provide support to managers and employees around performance management, including appraisals, development plans, objective setting, and career development.
- CIPD Qualified (min level 5) and a strong HR generalist background at People Partner/HRBP level.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, working at an operational and management level.
- Proven experience of resolving complex HR issues in a tactical but people-first manner.
- Estimated Salary: £65,000 - £80,000 per annum depending on experience.
