SEGA is seeking a Senior Payroll and Rewards Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our payroll and benefits functions, ensuring timely and accurate execution of our policies and procedures.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate payroll and benefits processes
  • Collaborate with HR contacts to collect payroll data
  • Enter payroll data into Workday
  • Manage parental leave calculations
  • Ensure tax year end processes are completed
  • Process monthly pension upload
  • Work with Finance team on payroll reconciliations
  • Provide reports on payroll and benefits data to management
Requirements:
  • Proven payroll and benefits expertise
  • Experience with Workday Payroll
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
