Senior Payroll and Rewards Coordinator

SEGA is seeking a Senior Payroll and Rewards Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our payroll and benefits functions, ensuring timely and accurate execution of our policies and procedures.
Main Responsibilities:- Coordinate payroll and benefits processes
- Collaborate with HR contacts to collect payroll data
- Enter payroll data into Workday
- Manage parental leave calculations
- Ensure tax year end processes are completed
- Process monthly pension upload
- Work with Finance team on payroll reconciliations
- Provide reports on payroll and benefits data to management
- Proven payroll and benefits expertise
- Experience with Workday Payroll
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
