The Salary Benchmark Specialist will be responsible for conducting regular salary benchmarking exercises to ensure that SEGA's compensation packages are competitive and aligned with market standards. This role will require a high degree of analytical skill and attention to detail, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular benchmarking exercises to compare SEGA's salaries with those of industry peers
  • Analyse data from various sources to identify trends and patterns in compensation practices
  • Provide recommendations to senior management on compensation strategies and salary adjustments
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and laws related to compensation and benefits
  • Design and deliver training programs to educate employees on compensation policies and procedures
  • Support the Senior Manager, Group Total Reward in embedding the reward function within SEGA and its studios
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a reward role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Estimated Salary Range:

£48,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience
