About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our Publishing team in West London. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with the HR Director to deliver a highly engaging and proactive HR and recruitment service. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse group of professionals and contribute to the success of the company.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with Line Managers to develop and implement strategies that enhance departmental performance and achieve business objectives.
  2. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance management, learning and development, and employee relations.
  3. Assist with the design and delivery of training programs and other HR initiatives to promote employee development and engagement.
