Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Job Description: As a Financial Services Business Analyst, you will be responsible for providing specialist support on our both our existing and developing Dynamics 365 Finance systems. You will provide the link between the Business Stakeholders, including end users, and the D365 Solution Partner, to optimise use of the system through best practice and in accordance with agreed published Company book of processes. Your aim will be to leverage the technology to help our people achieve more each day by developing more effective processes. You will be exposed to the latest technologies and will be a key part of the business and wider technology team.

Responsibilities: Manage user activities like UAT, user groups, and forums to support enhancements and business opportunities / challenges. Build strong vendor relationships while prioritising business interests and goals. Provide functional support to the Technology team and business users. Deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines and assist with global projects. Analyse issues, implement corrective actions, and improve adoption and user experience. Work within ITIL frameworks for Incident, Problem, and Change Management, serving as the primary contact for support tickets.
